For a side business (somewhat related to real estate) I am in need of high quality translators to translate some legal documents and marketing materials, in the following languages:Chinese (Mandarin), Japanese, Russian, Korean and Spanish.Looking for professionals with experience, not google translate, or fiverr, or the like (i.e "high quality")References would be greatly appreciated.

Amazon could either deduct this fee from the seller's proceeds or call it a wash considering they don't need to pay a mortgage broker and can strip the loan of those related costs.

Other random expenses could be included like a portion of your phone, wifi, travel, or other LEGITIMATE expenses related to running your real estate as a whole (and not to specific properties).

I would use skip tracing, try to find relatives maybe?

@Nick Vollrath you generally can't immediately deduct expenses related to acquiring a rental property, unless you already have a property in that general location.
