How does the seller see the lot, all with a price per foot or as a more valauble lot as that makes a difference on you LTV needing to be weighted overall or providing for a release with higher security given in say all other lots or perhaps just a few more, in other words, raising the loan to value from say 75 to 85 on three other lots to equal the higher dollar value of a prime lot being released.

So my opinion doesn't have too much weight.

I'm thinking a darker color with a light countertop would look awesome for the money!

There is some mold on the cardboard backing under the side wall (at the bottom of the wall where the medicine cabinet and the light switch are).

That show makes me happy, happy, happy.Don I have to admit Don, over the holidays, a family member had it on and I watched the xmas episode with them putting up lights and doing the one guys whole truck up, lmao.

After a year of learning and gaining experience as a Realtor and working with real estate investors, a light bulb went off in my head.

We already had siding , inside drywall, and most everything else out of the inside so it was really light like a garage. 

@Peter K. thanks, either way, code enforcement requires us to get outside ventilation..... but good pointer to check if its gas and dangerous.... that should light more of a fire on penny pinching landlords.....any tips on how to, or what to look out for when making your own ventilation?

I spent 30 hours touching up small gouges in the walls, washing the tile floors, repairing leaky faucet, cleaning residue left on walls, light switches, and cupboards, removing trash left behind, cleaning vents, fan blades, replacing light bulbs, repairing blinds, cleaning stains from carpet, fixing broken drawer, washing garage floor, & cleaning windows.
