It's not even suggested that Board's consider credit scores in decisions like this as there have been cases where credit history has been linked to discrimination.

I made a test payment on the GA DOL website to see if I can get a linked receipt, but the email receipt is just a generic email- it doesn’t tie the payment to my llc or lien number.A side vent: I’m refinancing with Finance of America, with whom I’ve closed over half a dozen refis in four years without much trouble.

I recently had a new roof put on one of my rentals, and that is when I realized the skylight literally is mounted on some sort of frame box protruding off the roof plywood, and that, the skylight can replaced without touching the shingles at all.See first picture on this link: https://www.hometips.com/diy-h...This link is to an image showing how the skylight sits ontop of the said housing: https://www.pinterest.com/pin/...Thus, first find out, where is the leak?

You're only as strong as your weakest link ... select your partners wisely.Some of the cons of the 203k are higher interest rate, extra loan costs, and longer closing timeline (+15-30 days), but if you value the pros more, then the 203k is a great option!

I say "could" because the assessor is likely to use the sale price as the assessed value, but that's not necessarily the case.The NH Department of Revenue Administration has links to information on both Current Use and Timber on their web site, https://www.revenue.nh.gov/mun-prop/property/You also want to check the Zoning Ordinance in the town carefully to see what's allowed in that particular zone.

Seems silly, but I do have the keyboard shortcuts for QB desktop down pretty well, it makes me efficient at data entry, these shortcuts normally don't carry over so well to web apps.
