It also includes common forms that you can edit and use.Their web site is a free resource with links to your state law but I highly recommend the book for some of the practical advice they provide.

The vast majority of landlords lack the discipline to actually be an expert as is abundantly clear from web sites like this.

It's a web based tool that allows you to enter the address/apn, and it will pull up a report of the zoning and general plan info.

If it brings the potential for high paying jobs, this would put upward pressure on rents, potentially allowing you to carry the property longer while keeping you in the black.

Hey @Mark Albini , only have a couple physical copies, but I picked up some BP audiobooks for as little as $5 on their black friday sale and have found even more at my local library.
