Hi, i'm an out of country investor and am looking for reliable info to help me pin point the right market to invest in the US.What are reliable and up to date web sites in which i could get general info on Metros, Cities and Neighborhoods.

Jeff Kehl The property was built in 1968, the hot water boiler appears to be original to the building, the piping appears to be in satisfactory condition 3 of the 8 units are semi updated, not a complete updateI believe rents could be raised, but not much, 20-40/doorThe building sits in a highly desirable school district, with a couple small apartments on the same street and some four plexes also, all rent out fairly fast, no vacancies currently.

Seller appears open to financing.

Credit score and investments are nice, but there still has to be income and you don't appear to have it.There's a lot of good advice in this thread, but I'd like to add some more.  

When rent is due, a yellow circle will appear in the overdue column showing they are okay.  

And it appears there aren't many reviews online?

I researched using realtor.com and it appears March rents have decreased due to an over abundance of rentals.

It appears there is a lot of research that needs to be done to find a good one.

Adding a second member to the LLC just for the purpose of putting the Court in this position, especially if the behavior appears premeditated or outrageous, will put you in a world of hurt, in front of a Judge who can do just about anything he wants to you.LLCs are becoming very good business entities, as more Appeals Courts are applying previous law established regarding corporations, partnerships, etc. as also applying to LLCs.
