Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Some dude who seems too good to be true maybe is running a con.The interest rate isn't likely to be close to market either, so you'll need to find a deal where you can still profit on 8-10% interest rates.

I used to think I didn't have time to learn about real estate but this isn't true.

Lots of real estate professionals will be there. 

It all seems to good to be true which is generally the case.

Raised rents, cured some different maintenance, installed professional management.

I'm working under the assumption at this point that if this seems too good to be true, it probably is.

I LOVE my work (I am a professional speaker) and make a good income.
