The pros to me certainly outweighs the cons, and it seems that anyone who wants to take this full time, which is what I am going to do, had mightiest well get it sooner rather than later.With all that said, which is the best avenue to go when getting your license in WV?

Also from my experience in SLC you the home owner are still responsible for the water and sewage (this may need to be included on your rents) I'm not sure what the rules are up there in cache county but keep that in mind as well.Currently being a landlord there are many things to keep in mind when investing in multifamily please feel free to reach out to me if you have additional questions or concerns.

To me, not charging a deposit at such a high price can really benefit/reduce the move in price of a new tenant.

To me it honestly seems like an unnecessary expense for a landlord and a potential invasion of privacy for a tenant.I would not personally want to be a customer on either end but I wish you the best of luck.
