I was just curious what other landlords in the area/surrounding areas pay for utilities so we can properly calculate cost/return moving forward with other properties.

We are looking for great investor friendly GC’s in Charlotte/Concord and surrounding areas!  

There’s also many surrounding towns/cities that are a totally different environment.

However the good news is there is opportunity in several of the surrounding communities. 

They do all of Baltimore and the surrounding areas 

I am looking to invest in rehab projects in Cambria County,PA (Jjohnstown and surrounding townships) remotely. 

I am always reading books, listening to podcasts, and surrounding myself with real estate but I know it does not compare to actual experience.

Always good to network locally for referrals and shared resources and get surrounded by like minded people.  

It's like trying to invest in Manhattan, the market has already been bought up and you need to find the surrounding areas that will be the next hot spot (think Brooklyn or Bronx NY).
