There is nothing more stressful than having a vacant house and a loan payment to make!

be careful, its not all what it seems to be, I signed up for 28 000 package and was three days late to cancel and they refuse to refund the money, I had to go true my credit card and get a refund. it was very stressful, as at first I was going to come back and do it at the later date, but now I will never do this again, major rip off.  

However, I have discovered that rehabbing as a professional activity pretty stressful.

They stressed the importance of being covered, in case of a frivolous lawsuit.

First the tenants were improperly using the trash compactor to “see what would happen” if they threw a bike or cinder block in it and pressed the start button.

Not crazy money but it's a lot less stress/time than securing hard money and jumping into a SFH flip. 

First property may create some stress because investor faces many decisions.

I can't stress enough how much that spreadsheet paid off.

Folks work all their life to get to this imaginary number and then they are bored stiff, focused too much on saving and stressing over the best strategies to get there...akin to not enjoying the journey.
