i've found a building that's a couple doors down from where i am currently renting that is being transitioned from condo's to apartments, the building looks nice and well taken care of and I am only looking at getting one unit (it's price would put it far below what i would pay for rent for a one bed room in my area).The problem is they have "protected tenants" in place.

The transit system is awful, there would be no parking which is already somewhat of an issue and you have a active neighborhood group.I along with a few partners were attempting to move forward with developing a 37 unit micro-apartment in University District which would host students as well as potentially non-students - we were being conservative with our numbers and returns were insane.

Also with either of these doors, make sure your painter paints the top and bottom edge, otherwise they will absorb moisture during humid times of the year and "grow" Finally these doors are usually available smooth and wood grain, so confirm that when ordering.
