I find myself "googling" for every repair that comes up even though many of the jobs are small and could be completed fairly easily by a "jack of all trades" type (or me if I had more time!). 

Would you accept a job managing the property for 10% of the rent?

This would obviously mean that I would need to leave my current job in pursuit of the change. 

I use a great guy, but he also has a full-time job for a property management company.

So the title company relies on the lawyer doing their job correctly.

It has a more diverse job base and in the long term just seems like a better hold.
