It only happens when I access BP on my phone or iPad never my computer.

I never even met the QI, who was in a different town altogether, just talked to them on the phone.

As in the deal is signed, sealed and delivered and you've been cut out?

@Guillaume Derouet My suggestion is to assess over the phone the motivation of said person.

On the credit score I look for specific things, like a car being repossessed, delinquent utility or phone bill.

It took me less than 5 minutes to find out the owner's name and that the house was actually listed for sale on 9/13/14 for $179,900.The Craigslist ad listed a phone number which I called out of curiosity.

Calling the town and/or talking to neighbors may shed some light (even if it has to be over the phone).  

Contractor said its normal, but would at not cost to me come back out in two weeks and put a topcoat/seal on it, covering everything in black to make it look uniform.
