Just over 9% of the population have a diagnosible personality disorder and many more, while not disordered to the point of a diagnosis, are just "difficult" people-- they have "entitlement issues" they will always be disappointed because no one ever gives them the respect they think they are due.

In our experience, he stands out because he treated his work crew right day in and day out; they were all early to work, and worked pretty diligently, cleanly, and respectfully while on site; he himself stayed late on a couple of occasion to make sure the job would be finished on time.

Also, whether it is deserved or not (that's another argument), if you are introducing yourself as a "wholesaler", then %Risk goes WAY up and professional respect often goes WAY down.
