The next best thing, if you don't want to invest in drawings this early, is to write out a detailed scope of work that your contractor can bid off of.

They'll be able to give you more details on what is classified as Zone B as well.

I won't get too deep in the details but I had an appraisal done on the land with a proposed house on it and it came back pretty good.
