I know people that have rented 40' shipping containers "for a few months" and they're still sitting on their property after ten years.It's ridiculous what people will pay to store their crap.

I sit and research loan products for investing all day for fix and flips in New Jersey. 600 is often the minimum credit score I see for fix and flips.

Needless to say, been sitting on the sidelines last 1-2 years because people were overpaying... was able to score a BRRR and it’s the only purchase made... hardest thing to do is sit on cash waiting...

The house currently sits on a Multifamily Lot, however I'm unfamiliar with the process of working with the town to convert the space into an actual unit. 

There are still many buyers out there including those sitting on a 1031 exchange. the unknown is what is scaring both buyer and seller.

I know they say start small and I agree but I have found the perfect investment opportunity,  it sits right around $700,000 for 8 units in Texas, I need help getting funding for it. 

Hey @Paul Sandhu I can’t recall, but are your listings physically next to each other where they could potentially share a common Internet connection that was blasted between the buildings over buried cable or a directional WiFi antennas? 

Do I just have to sit back a few years until more equity is in homes, etc. 

As I recall his fee was about $315 for SFH. 

Or you could just not proceed with it right now, and if you think it has little value as-is, will sit idle for a while, could drop in value in the next few months/year, etc. then you could possibly negotiate a better deal down the road.
