Chapter 6 of the Beginner's Guide had some good high-level information (http://www.biggerpockets.com/real-estate-investing/financing), and there are some great posts on here about raising capital for your investments.

Have a good job to raise the capital for the seed money, and on the night and weekends go find a real estate mentor and work with him/her for a while and see if you even like doing real estate work.

Manny,Thats what I thought, as an assignor I can pass the title searh payment to the Assignee.The reason I raised this questions was because I saw postings where I saw most assignor doing the Title Search and then assigning the contract which I found contrary to what people have been telling or speaking at club meet.
