Resale should be good as well due to the strong employment opportunity in DC.Sorry I can't give you a definitive answer on which area you should focus on...most submarkets in the DC region offer really strong appreciation and resale value.Good luck!

You might have more luck making the case that a community event done well can help bolster the neighborhood's reputation (and potentially home values) in the region.

They wholesale in your region and may be able to help you find a deal you can live-in-flip with an FHA loan.
