Do you recommend I buy a house in my government name and then transfer the title to my business or just buy in my business name from the jump ? Thanks for your help !

I own a primary home, however, my sister is looking to purchase her first primary.

And I still didn’t base the purchase on the ratio of property to land, but upon the cash flow the property produces.

Hi Dave, Its great that your taking a pro-active approach to be prepared to purchase over the next few months. 

Recommend you first figure out the property Class/Risk you want to invest in, THEN figure out the corresponding location to invest in.If you apply Class A assumptions to a Class B or C purchase, your expectations won’t be met and it may be a financial disaster.So, when investing in areas they don’t really know, investors should research the different property Class submarkets.
