Hi all,I'm reviewing property manager bids, and in a couple of contracts, I've found the following clause:Carry and pay for: (i) public and premises liability insurance in an amount of no less than $1,000,000; and (ii) property damage and worker'scompensation insurance adequate to protect the interests of Owner and Property Manager.
