I totally agree - the BP search function within BP is not the greatest.I argue that it is better to fine a BP post via google.Regarding your request for a CPA to help with the taxation of fund of funds, you likely need to connect with a CPA who understands partnership taxation.

All old brick has hair line crakes is normal. 99% of exterior brick cracking (and basement/foundation cracking) is due to improper or not functioning gutters and down spouts and ducting water away from the house.

I thought I had read somewhere that if you're month-to-month/holdover, the landlord can raise rent with no cap (at least the # of times) provided they give proper notice...unless that was the law *prior* to the bill being passed last year?

By the sounds of it you are not seeking money, you gave proper 30 day notice the month to month would not be renewed past X date and you are now beyond X date and you want your property back.
