QBs down loads spread sheets fairly easy but I am finally getting used to QBs reports and liking it more.

However many agents subscribe to services that send them reports on the market, so they in turn can send them out to clients,  It is pretty easy to get on an agents email list..

I’m not saying just jump into any old deal with knowledge ...but I will say it’s very easy to get scared and allow fear to paralyze you because of the unknown .
