I don't put people in my rentals unless they personally qualify, with the exception of my example above.By the way, when a company rents from me and then places an employee in the rental, I charge a premium rent, a higher deposit, and a mandatory cleaning fee.

I didn't want to go any higher as I felt I was already offering a premium price.

Pay him a premium for doing the seller financing with little to no money down and give him a decent interest rate, more than he would get if he invested in something else.

I'm hoping there are services that might charge a premium, but deliver comparable results...
