The different opinions and experiences, whether positive or negative, are really inspiring and help me a lot to take the first concrete steps in the real estate industry.

I am bullish on Class C assets in Class A markets which I can re-position to Class B at a basis of 60% to new construction.

I liked the part where she talked about "making a bet" and how people change their position on how positive they are about an outcome.

Banks have said that they are not interested in being 2nd position on a non-owner occupied property.

Assuming all the qualitative factors that went into your purchase are still there for this property, the vacancies strike me as a positive head start on stabilization.

@Darren Nardo there has been lots of discussion about them on BP - you can see dozens of threads dedicated to them, as well as their responses to a lot of the posts, and different member's positive and negative experiences.

I am almost positive she’s out, but every time I say that, she goes back for something else.

So, we recently came into some cash and are in a good position to make some additional real estate moves...trying to pick everyone's brains for some advice!
