I honed in on this area because it is near the train, a Whole Foods is in development .... 

Personally especially with new tenants I go by the property and collect the rent every month for at least the first six months just to make sure they aren't moving in people/pets they are not supposed to. 

Third, it gives the ability to add one time charges such as a pet fee or late fee, and you can add offline credits.  

Food disposal - definitely think about for next tenant... get rid of it.

Also there is a Mariano's and Whole Foods near the express way not to far as well and those two stores are always in good areas.

I would have to buy food for me and the dog, and pay for utilities.

No pets, no kids.However they are simply looking to rent at $1250 a month and are looking for a maximum of a one year lease with renewal options. 

There's also a vibrant food, music, and arts scene.The joke nowadays is that no one in Austin is actually from Austin, and I think that there will continue to be a large influx of young, skilled workers that will drive prices around these areas up.

Has anyone dealt with this, and remedies please, I did allow 2 pets.
