Well, you're in better position then - I wish I'd had seniors and retirees applicants....not with my luck...lolusually I start marketing well before the tenants move out but only if they let me show their house: when they are still in - I can't show the house I do accept applicants on short notice, especially in winter, just have to call to all their references and read between the lines.
