I feel we have all the right pieces except for the business plan.

Add some pictures, graphs or anything else you can do to make it pop content-wise better than the competition on the Google's Search Engine Results Page (SERPs).Then take your new content and promote it via Facebook, Twitter, Reddit, Stumbleupon, etc.If you really want to kick it up a notch just make a Youtube video with you talking about all the stuff in your blog.  

Make sure your handyman tightens every piece of furniture in that place every couple months or you'll have dozens of bolts working themselves loose.

I've done that before and got a small piece of land for nearly nothing because the owners were old and didn't want to pay the $25 property tax anymore.I hope this helps!
