This platform of consumer lending puts the lender in a position to make a little bit on a lot of loans as opposed to the previous practices which were making a lot on a little bit of loans.

Most skirt this with "Small Homes" by putting them on wheels so they are considered mobile homes and don't need to be as big. 

You will find no better place to build a solid platform than bigger pockets.
