I would like to have the first meeting in March.  

I attended a free session in March then a paid "training" session on April 10-11.  

They contacted me in January to let me know they would be moving out March 1.   

According to what I was told by the lead of that division at the end of March this year, Metro put an end to(or atleast a hold on) allowing proxy electrical inspections.

I own property in the city (and surrounding), both commercial and MF, and on one of my MF, the property was vacated in March, and I had a tenant in less than 30 days ( I screen very carefully looking for a good fit).

This is after me asking them to start since March.

Hi- I live in LA but wife and I are considering move to Santa Barbra , CA wondering if there are any upcoming meetups in March/ April where we might be able to connect with some fellow bigger pockets peps and discuss and learn more about the market, schools, etc. 

I am on the tail end of finishing up my first flip that started in March.

The goal was to apply for a HELOC once I started work in March 2023 but unfortunately, my score took a hit before I could even apply for it, hence today, April 4th, 2023.
