Are you going to self-manage or add the cost of STR Prop.

Hi fellow BPers,Trying out a new property management company for my property in San Antonio. 

    - Curios about STR's - Located Grand Rapids MI -WANT TO START A REAL ESTATE DYNASTY I see myself as an advantage player in the real estate game as I have a few helping connections from my current business and a lot of knowledge on improving homes, managing clients, and building a business.  

This is obviously very costly and cumbersome for a property manager and Logical Property Management will not do it.

Does anyone have experience with property managers and renting by the room.

Any advice on making smart investments, managing properties, or resources that could help would be greatly appreciated.

All money would stay in the company for repairs, management, buying new properties, and paying taxes if necessary.

I've worked as an acquisition's manager for an investment team and have wholesaled some deals with a dispo buddy of mine in the past.

I am only semi-satisfied with my property manager, and considering taking over the daily management myself but would only want to do that if I have someone good to help me with filling units as they come empty.
