I am not sure about the law as to how long they maintain those records in storage. 

I think you will have much more success if you concentrate and become an expert on one investment strategy.

Things to look out for: Dangerous animals, Unfinished Repairs, Broken Fixtures, Poorly maintained locks, doors, gates, lights.

Financial comfort - if my rehab had gone longer than 6 months or ran as much as 35% over budget, I still had enough other cash flow from other sources that I could have funded payments and maintained the plan. 

Also, there seems to be a complaint against an airbnb in Indian Cove and I think there was mention of decreasing the amount of permits in concentrated areas.  

And basically maintain my same monthly costs but add a new property. 

When you do cash refi out of your clear property , you dont pay any taxes, the interest on the loan that you take out is deductible if you use the loan for another rental.The plan is to hold the mobile home as long as it is attached to our primary residence and as long as it can create a decent cash flow and maintain equity for working capital.

Hello biggerpockets...the lease on the my condo is coming to an end on July 31, 2018..i was just recently at the condo with my real estate agent and photographer (to get it ready to list) and notice this black soot throughout the condo (on the walls, ceiling, kitchen cabinets, trim, windows, etc). i asked my tenant about this and he said it was caused by the air conditioner (central air) in december...he said they were doing work on the roof and something they did up there caused this black soot to spread throughout the condo...the condo needs to be completely repainted...i was just at the condo today and tried to clean some of it up but its not coming off...i do not believe my tenant for the following reasons:1. why would they wait 6 months to tell me 2. why is the soot randomly throughout the rooms and not concentrated by the vents3.

It permits a person with a disability to submit a request for a reasonable accommodation to maintain an assistance animal in a dwelling.

So, for me, I want the most units possible while still maintaining a decent tenant quality.
