It is a very real cost of doing business with rental properties, regardless of whether you hire it out or do it yourself (someone is going to do the job, which means you will have to pay the price one way or another, either in time or money).When I make offers on rental properties, I focus less on "negotiation" and haggling with the seller, and more on the number that works for me.

Sometimes large companies (and new companies trying to sound large) come up with ridiculous titles to try to make people sound more important (and knowledgeable) than they really are.Where did you come across these specific titles...that might help us figure out what they mean (if anything).
