The point is that you may want to look in different places for the support/information/advice you're seeking.For example, I read my local newspaper everyday and look for experts that are interviewed for housing articles.

I would suggest you call 4-5 other property management companies and interview them.

Then you're able to put in your city or zip code and a radius that you'd like to search within.I also advise you to interview investor agents and find one that best meets your criteria.

Recently on BP they interviewed a risk mitigation lawyer.

I did not interview my property manager to the standard I should have and will be more cautious going forward!
