Because I love my wife, and our most valued time is spending time together Before we go to bed together - I must wake up at 4:00 in order to invest while they sleep, so that i may be at work by 7:00, home by 5:00, soend time with the kiddos, put them to bed by 8:00, soend time with the wife till 9:00, sleep till 4:00.Not sure where you are in your investing career, but if you can sleep until you want to - it is likely because you have already gone through these pains - or dont have family.

That is what was done, it's a pain to remove but is the best way to ensure a stable floor that won't crack tiles and grout down the line.The mesh you're seeing is encased in the cement board when you lay it, but not so much when removing it.

The doctors position in real life is tough because there is little pain.

We came across Shannon 6 years ago when she was representing the sellers of our current house - she was a total pain in our side as buyers, and we later recognized that she had done a stellar job representing her clients (who we bought our house from).

If getting into the city isn't a total pain for the participants, this could be a great spot to hold the meet ups.Once I'm back from holiday, I'd like to attend the next meet up - Hosting it at a Breather space :) S

FHA can be a pain in many ways.  

If stupid was painful people might learn faster.Personally as a landlord that has seen a lot my unit would remain vacant before I took a chance on this potential train wreck.

It can be quiet painful at times, especially at tax season If you have a vacancy during the off months (Non summer) , it may take a while to fill.
