I have been doing individual leases for years but have been thinking about switching to one as you have mentioned but dont know exactly how to draft it up because I know it has to be a little different.

I probably value my time to much tbh.Fourth My Relationships the sum is greater then individual parts I couldn't be where I am at 23 with out my mentors and friends that have lifted me up along the way.Fifth My Knowledge Its one of two things no one can take from me and can recreate the success I may lose in the future.I believe that the last three are the most basic components to building real wealth but with out the first two there is no reason to push and grow all success would fill dead and hollow.Your turn guys!

@Stephanie Gledhill, this is a good question and also one that is hard to answer as it relates to each specific investor and individual investing philosophies!

I know there are more qualified individuals in the forums to explain this better.

My focus is mainly in the private wealth (ultra high net worth individuals, family offices, and investment partnerships) and private equity space providing tax compliance, planning, and advisory services.
