It beats trying to collect them all at end of year because I find contractors aren't so motivated when you don't have money hanging over their head. 

I like his perspective on things and he's a good motivator.

It is motivating to get up and get my own DIY project going.

I bought a total gym and putit in my living room, so I use it while I listen to bigger pockets or and audio bookI have also read again Rich Dad Poor Dad, the Richest man in Babylon, Think and Grow Rich among othersI also agree that is hard to derail since we have kids in the house all day and they need attention also, but I allow myself to get off track from my self improvement routines because I can get back on track after a day off.I think it is great to hear from other people, it gives me motivation to keep going!!

As a contractor myself I was excited to see this as a resource, when I saw homeadvisor I was pretty upset.Homeadvisor preys on contractors, sells them bogus leads or over used leads, locks them into incredibly high prices which dont get me wrong if your getting quality leads you pay but there leads are literally wild goose chases.This is so prevalent they filed a class action lawsuit against them.Please do not use home advisor, shop and vet you local contractors.

Owners who were once willing to sell to these i-Buyers for less than a commissioned paid sale will certainly be motivated now.
