I am currently an architectural designer (I assist on the whole process from SD, DD, CD, to CA work) at a design firm that specializes in corporate headquarters, educational, and big creative workspace developments.

They were described in the SAFE Act which the D-F Act incorporated.

I hate paper, so I always push for an electronic version of anything that would need to go to a physical address.  

I'm not sure if me actually seeing the property holds much value if I'm getting a professional inspector and an appraisal, but I can't help but get a sense of paranoia being that I won't physically see it and that I'd have to trust someone else's word. 

)2) Do I need to go any further and incorporate financing into mix (i.e. along with 1% and 50% rules) to figure if a property is a good deal or not?

The reason for this post is that I want people to share their ideas with me and everyone on BP about how we can physically start in REI.

It must be something about the physicality of picking up a book and reading it that makes it that much better. 

All details should be addressed in the contract, addenda, exhibits, etc. upfront and any addenda or exhibits should be incorporated into the contract by reference.

. - there is no need for a physical fax machine these days.  

I have average to poor credit and don't physically have a down payment.
