Most recent one I was looking at was in Cleveland Heights that was packaging 2 MF properties but the RE taxes in the combined proforma only had the RE taxes for 1 of them.

School district is not a consideration, since PUSD is such a mess.However, in the neighboring cities of Arcadia, South Pasadena, etc., where school districts are a major selling point, the rentals don't make sense to buy.
