Most recent one I was looking at was in Cleveland Heights that was packaging 2 MF properties but the RE taxes in the combined proforma only had the RE taxes for 1 of them.

It took months to find a house that we liked with our criteria (and trust me we looked everywhere- Bernal Heights, Glen Park, Inner Richmond and Miraloma) and that worked for our budget, however we found this and I'm positive that we are not the only ones with this kind of story.Best of luck - Carolina.

School district is not a consideration, since PUSD is such a mess.However, in the neighboring cities of Arcadia, South Pasadena, etc., where school districts are a major selling point, the rentals don't make sense to buy.
