I do have an older style Heating system however (hot air) and I was just wondering if anyone on here can either support me with this form of beating or recommend me someone.

If the intent is being a rental, I will make the final heated areas and number of rooms/baths one of the leading factors to decide which route to go.This is because area/no of rooms/no of baths will be reflected in the future rents.Feel free to reach out if you got any comments or questions.Best of luck! 

@Alice DymallyRadiators are great for heat, but the cost of your AC alternative (mini splits) will cost more than the Hvac system.

Hello,In one of my duplex rental units the ac heating and cooling is shared between both the tenants.

Your tenants are paying the debt for you, so the rate is just one small element in the totally investment decision.

The condo is downtown and I hear you on waiting for the market to heat up a bit.

There is very little to be done to force the landlord to repair these should the water, electrical, or heat stop working.

Originally an illegal quad with kitchens and bathrooms on every level from basement to attic with 1 heat system controlling the entire property, walking distance to NYC direct train and bus in highly desirable town in North Jersey.
