They both need a gable above (again, matching the pitch of the existing gable, just not nearly as large) slightly wider than the window opening, intersecting/cross-gabling the roof.The window on the far left is extremely small, and disproportionate with the others.

A similar topic came up in a recent thread.The consensus seems to be that registering rents (with the city) is only required for buildings with more than 4 units, and registering with the state (NJ DCA "green card") is required for 3-unit buildings and larger.
