Hi all,I've been all over these forum posts trying to find this answer and I keep going back and forth on whether it can or can't be done, so decided to reach out to some of you experts here.I'm trying to figure out if a seller, that is trying to do a 1031 exchange, can seller finance the down payment on their current property that they are wanting to sell?

I plan on renting it for at least a year and then perhaps trying to sell.

I would also recommend trying to get on more platforms to help boost occupancy.

I am brand new to not only investing in real-estate but also to trying to become financially independent.

Hey I'm trying to get my feet wet and learn more about real estate investing.

Should I agree or ignore them just keep trying to sell it? 

When trying to do the deal analysis on my current property, it’s asking for the purchasing and closing costs.

If your only savings is going to be the expected cash flow from renting out your property, why are you trying to buy something else now?

I just want to know your opinion on which is the safest way to reject her, as she seems to the type that would try to make my life difficult even with legitimate reasons to reject her. 

The idea behind what I trying to coin 'Total Return Investing" is that how you balance the different forms of returns is up to you!
