It's not unusual that an applicant may ask which one covers the property; Georgia Power is a big more generous letting the bills accumulate while the local cooperative cuts off power very quickly.

They now have all these reduced rent signs, move in bonus etc, as newer nicer properties are being built closer to FSUs campus.

If I were a large capital group I would get the full battery of all those inspections done, make a generous offer contingent upon those results, and then if bad results come back make the offer incrementally less generous.

Then I’ll pay myself back and use my future bonuses to pay that down.

If you're paid hourly it's pretty easy but there are rules and exceptions to almost every type of income calculation (i.e. if you get a bonus, you need to show receipt for 2 years, if you make variable/commission income you need to have a certain amount of time on the job etc.)
