Unless you plan on purchasing the property with all cash; obtaining any type of financing for a property as a married couple will mean that both of your incomes and financials will be factored into the financing with conventional lending.

And in addition to it working for us personally it also seemed to make sense financially.

The situation that presented itself was an opportunity i couldn't pass up.

Would need to know a bit more about the property and your situation, but there are options with a DSCR loan with no value seasoning.

I think I'm talking to the wrong people and need to find someone that specializes in this situation.
