The change order resulted in an extra $1300, but supposedly that would have been the true cost based on the revised design -- they didn't charge us extra for having to ship two loads of material and pick one up.If we weren't looking to move things forward so quickly, we'd probably put up a bigger fight about the extra cost and the missed communication, but at this point, it's worth the cost to just keep things moving.
