Once you have targeted neighborhoods in site then just watch the market and if you find something you really like you can make a decision at that point versus jumping into this crazy market in fear that you might lose out.Best of luck

As far as printing money goes, the fear is that all of the stimulus in the economy has nowhere to go (i.e. there is no increase in production to offset the new money supply), and the result will be asset price inflation. 

The more work needed, the better I learned— as cash investors tend to avoid them (they want quick returns, money in money out) and traditional homeowners we know stay away.Ask yourself “what’s the worst that can happen” and get over it (remember everything you want is on the other side of fear).

I think my fear is warranted but maybe I’m overthinking- as this would be my first deal and I’m fearful and a bit overwhelmed.

However what you failed to mention, is that because you overfund the policy, the risk for the insurance company is lower because the gap between the death benefit and the cash value is shrinking, so the cost of insurance is also shrinking too.There as been a lot of false fear mongering about IUL spread by the Infinite Banking people.
