Life can be extremely hectic at times.

But granite is extremely durable and practical, unlike Corian or other trendy surfaces.

Not trying to scare you as is an extreme but it is a possibility, though probably unlikely.

However, if you look at the supply closely, the inventory is still considered extremely low.  6 months supply is a balance market.  

I've got a tenant in a single family residence who has been extremely aggressive and demanding since moving into the home a few months ago.

Real estate is extremely local and what works in one area of the country can be extremely difficult in other areas.

In my personal experience insurance can be extremely confusing.

You can also run stats on how much inventory is out there by city and price point etcBest general advice... nothing new here, but what I've found to be most true:1) get extremely comfortable with working deal numbers so you can confidently take action when right one comes up.
