I didn't ever get the sense that NWA was looking to scam anyone, but I will say that most of the properties they send out these days, the numbers don't work for me.  

Its all about living off of or scamming the system now a days.

@Bernard Burney I figure anyone who reaches out to me on facebook that I don't already know, it is probably a scam. 

I can't see a company with any ethics hiring someone who worked with Morris in his scam to work for them.

I also know plenty who have done this and never encountered a problem but its possible if not technically legal,  at that time  DC wasnt serious about enforcing it.

I got licensed just a few years ago bec I got pissed off when I had to teach my niece’s broker how to do a deal that required a quiet title - this person was a broker for 23 yrs and had never encountered a back tax property auction.

I don't think it's a scam but the one guy (William who contacted me only has a gmail email, not the business email).
