They are just tools in your toolbox and you should be familiar with as many as possible to make as many deals as possible.

Personally, I doubt it will have its intended effect.

I constantly look for ways my clients and I can "work smarter, not harder" through technology driven tools and resources.

Mind you, this was not based on credit score or past performance, but effected everyone.
