@Rickey Ear I think there is some potential in that area, personally.  95th and Bannister is near there and will be undergoing some revitalization over the next few years with Cerner's large new office. 

His target market though is rural  lock and leave cabins.. if you have ever owned property back in the woods or a cabin that is kind of isolated many times they get broken into.. this form of housing is literally bullet proof lock and leave.I was just at a RE conference this week in san Deigo and one of the guys in Storage business was talking about using these for storage factilitys.. you can stack them 5 high then build a facade around them.. one company has got that working..

My hope is to put bolt locks on all the doors and rent them all out on individual leases.

Happened one other time when she locked herself out of the house. 

I have some tenants who pay on line but most put checks into a lock box in the laundry room.

One thing about East Elmhurst your right under LGA flight path and is a shock at first,get your ear plugs ready if you move there.  

I don't have financing locked down at this point and wanted to reach out to the BP community to see who everyone would recommend that has reasonable costs, lends outside of Phoenix in AZ, and that is going to be fairly easy to work with.I would love to hear of any recommendations that everyone has!
