My goal is to have 20 doors via the BRRRR method.Bought my first property in cash, split it in two, rehabbed it and are about to start renting it, have been approaching local banks searching for a refinance mortgage but without any luck since I don't have a W2 or the revenue history (2 years) that the common bank is looking for before lending the money for the mortgage.Can anyone recommend a credit union or bank that can provide an asset-backed mortgage for the property without looking at the personal finance?

If you throw out the month of  June   From July to end of September serious sellers Those that opened the door for me from my mailing it would be about 7 Of those 72   closed on 1 under Contract 1 am about 1000 dollars away from Locking in the dealThe offers accepted didn’t start until early September so it took about 2 and 1/2 months to see resultsTire kickers  from July to end of September close to the same number So it’s about 50 percent.

@Kenneth Garrett My understanding is you'd have to subject yourself to the laws as a reseller of energy like the companies that constantly call and knock on our doors claiming to be sent by ComEd to lower our bills.

As soon as I and renewed the lease the tenant wrote me this long message with all these thing wrong, including drain smells bad(she’s been putting bleach down the drain to kill the odor, the lights in the kitchen and bedroom are flickering(this ones easily fixable) & the bathroom floor is in-caving because of water damage(she suggested a new shower door).
