I've done 800+ deals and I don't see a crash and would challenge anybody who says there is going to be a crash to document that with evidence. 

We have the ability to petition for an Order to Publish in order to comply with noticing missing parties, however a licensed private investigator must first be employed to document and certify all attempts to locate the missing parties.

I've never been a lender so I literally have no clue what documents or steps are needed.Here's what I know.- Owner owns the property free and clear- Wants a short term (3-4 months)- First lien position- Asking for $110k.

They wanted a ridiculous amount of documentation, and huge reserves.

Literally, I write a specification document that goes into enough detail so there is no (or very little) ambiguity and the scope of work is clear.
